  • Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for the purpose of improving our Website or App.

  • Details of transactions you carry out through our Website and of the fulfillment of your requests.

You also may provide information to be shared or displayed (hereinafter, "posted") with your health provider in private areas of the Website, or transmitted to a health provider (collectively, "User Contributions"). Your User Contributions are never shared by us with any other users and you share such User Contributions with others at your own risk. Although we limit access to certain pages, you may set certain privacy settings for such information by logging into your account profile, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users of the Website with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons but will always adhere to the HIPAA Business Associate Agreement and associated HIPAA regulations.

We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. If you delete your User Contributions from the Website, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by your health professional. Proper access and use of information provided on the Website, including User Contributions, is governed by our terms of use

California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our App that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure, specifically per a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement and related regulations. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. Any payment transactions will be handled by established and highly secure third-parties. You accept their data security processes and procedures when you use their services.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Website or our App, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We require you not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information about your use of the Website or information, including images or video, you capture and provide to the Website. The information you share may be obtained by others you did not intend to have access to know or become aware of your information.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Website. Data Rights

On receiving an access request, we will provide you a copy of information that we have stored to you in a portable and easily accessible format, normally within 45 days of the request. You will be required to specify what information you request and to verify your identity. 

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information. However, this right does not apply where we must retain the personal information in order to do any of the following:

  • Provide goods or services to you in the event you maintain your account with us;

  • Detect or resolve security or functionality-related issues involving you, your account, or your interactions with your health care provider;

  • Comply with any and all applicable law;

  • Maintain financial and other legal records required by law;

  • Safeguard the legal rights of others; or

  • Carry out any actions for internal purposes that the consumer might reasonably expect, such as audits, backups, and consistent IT process and procedures.

You will not to be discriminated against for having exercised any of these rights. 

Should you cancel or terminate your account with us, we will delete your personal information within 30 days and from archived or backup storage as a normal part of our business processes.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page with a notice to your that the privacy policy has been updated on the Website home page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will notify you by email to the email address specified in your account. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page and in all notices.
